Make sure you have the latest patch for HT installed. (The first patch can be downloaded here.)
Create a new directory "Mods" in "C:\Program Files\Act of War - High Treason\" ,in case it doesn't exist already.
Copy the .aowmod file to "C:\Program Files\Act of War - High Treason\Mods\"
Launch ModManager.exe in "C:\Program Files\Act of War - High Treason\SDK\bin\"
Select the mod and click "Run the Game".
Play! :-)
